FAQ
"Do I need to bind Flashlight, IR, NVG toggle separately?"
No! Use the Radial Menu. All toggles are in there.
"What about NVG on/off?"
That's in the Radial Menu too under your NVG device.
"The menu shows multiple devices?"
Yes! If you have a helmet light AND a weapon light, both appear as separate categories in the radial menu.
"I can't see anything in the radial menu?"
Make sure you have SHS-compatible equipment equipped (helmet with SHS light component, or weapon with SHS attachment).
"What's the difference between IR Cover options?"
- Light IR Cover = For the IR illuminator (flood light)
- Strobe IR Cover = For the IR strobe (flashing beacon)
Removing the cover makes that light visible WITHOUT needing night vision goggles.
TL;DR - The Simple Setup
- Bind ONE key:
SHSRadialMenuto D-Pad Up - Open radial menu when you have SHS equipment
- Point and click to toggle whatever you need
- Done! 🎉
Still Having Issues?
- Make sure the mod is loaded (check mod list)
- Verify your equipment has SHS components (not all items are compatible)
- Try rebinding if the key conflicts with another action
- The radial menu only appears when you have SHS-compatible gear equipped
